Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund policy for the Annual Academy Membership lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund.

As our services are delivered digitally via online access, there is no need to return any physical product. However, we do require proof of purchase (your original order confirmation email or receipt) to process your request.


Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any digital content or access that has been significantly used (e.g., completing over 25% of courses or downloads)
  • Memberships canceled after the 30-day refund window

Refunds are only available to the original purchaser. Transferred or gifted accounts are not eligible for refunds.


Partial Refunds

In some circumstances, partial refunds may be granted if:

  • You began using the membership but accessed less than 25% of course material
  • There was a technical issue preventing access that was not resolved in a timely manner
  • You were charged more than once in error

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at exlibris@onid.co.uk with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Name]. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your request.

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. Processing times vary.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced Annual Academy Memberships are eligible for refunds. Discounted or promotional memberships are non-refundable unless required by law.


Gifts

If the membership was purchased as a gift, refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser. Gift credits or transfers are not available at this time.
